Alford Community Campus
Marking one of our largest education projects to date, Havelock provided the full FF&E fit-out for Alford Community Campus.
Forming part of the Scottish Futures Trust programme, the new facility replaces the village’s two ageing schools with one centralised campus. The new community complex incorporates a preschool, primary school and secondary school, with capacity for some 960 pupils.
Havelock supplied and installed all FF&E for the state-of-the-art establishment, across a total of 240 rooms. This included tables, chairs, lockers, shelving, teaching walls, breakout furniture and changing rooms. Accommodating for the three different age-groups – preschool, primary school and high school – Havelock supplied our ESA McIntosh furniture in a range of styles, finishes and dimensions to suit all pupils.
Alongside traditional classroom space, the campus boasts a theatre, gym, sports hall, library and dance studio for the community to enjoy, with associated FF&E provided by Havelock. Over the two storeys, the large airy spaces and modern fit-out provide an environment to educate and inspire students
